Jury for the 3st Glass Edition 2000

Once again this year, the employees of 3st answered the call to create the 2000 Glass Edition. The designs were evaluated by a jury consisting of Prof. Heinz Becker (Mainz College), Bertram Schmidt-Friderichs (publisher, Chairman of the German Type Directors Club) and Prof. Gregor Krisztian (Wiesbaden College). Two designs were selected from all those submitted, which will be sent out to clients, friends and employees of the agency again this year.
The Russians are coming!

Rhineland-Palatinate Design Prize 2000 awarded

Marcel Teine and the head of the marketing department of Dyckerhoff AG were awarded one of the two prizes in the field of corporate communication for the Dyckerhoff 2000 annual report. The award was presented by the Minister for Trade and Commerce, Hans-Artur Bauckhage.
ALLAGO - now.de

Six months after the Internet office supplier ALLAGO went online, it was time to overhaul the brand. The company’s positioning as a purely e-commerce provider was to be documented by the addition of the domain ending “.de” in the brand name. 3st kommunikation is responsible for reworking the brand.
ZDF Enterprises mailing "Enter the German Gambit"

ZDF Enterprises is presenting the 3-parter “Deutschlandspiel - The German Gambit” at the MIPCOM TV trade fair in Cannes, coinciding with the 10th anniversary of the Reunification. The logo and direct mailing for the event were developed by 3st kommunikation. The mailing - consisting of a folder, travel visa and personal file (for the VIP guests) - alludes to the renowned bureaucracy of East/West Germany.
Success in the wohn:wandel competition

3st kommunikation managed to win the competition to design an image for the “Wohnwandel” congress. The congress, which is organised by the Schader Foundation, will be held in Mannheim in May 2001. The image incorporates a congress logo, corporate stationery, a mailing, poster, programme and book, as well as the congress homepage.
Trilogy completed

Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG will present its new annual report focussing on “Solutions” at the balance sheet press conference on 4 July 2000. This constitutes the third volume in a trilogy of annual reports. The first two reports were rated very highly in competitions (manager magazin, Capital).

The new ZDF shop commissioned by ZDF Enterprises was opened on 28/06/2000. This B2C solution allows customers to order over 550 items online. The e-shop is presented in an informative and entertaining way. The solution, based on IBM Net.Commerce Pro software, features a number of animations. The structure and look conform to the ZDF merchandise catalogue. Conception, design, project management and technical implementation were completed within eight weeks. This establishes a new sales channel for ZDF merchandise together with the catalogue: www.shop.zdf.de
Mainz Marketing grows

The organisation Mainz Marketing is expanding via the “Mainz Congress Services” association. Mayor Jens Beutel will present the concept for marketing Mainz as a congress location in a press conference on 8 June 2000 on the Gutenberg chartered yacht. 3st kommunikation developed the image for the project.

Deutsche Hyp builds on tangram

The current annual report of Deutsche Hyp AG uses the game of tangram to illustrate individual property financing options. A typical tangram house is constructed “piece by piece” in seven pictures, echoing the seven geometrical pieces used in the game. This creates a distinctive image of the core competences and strengths of Deutsche Hyp AG. The reader joins in to “put together” a financing package. The green square is the end result.
"D2-Team" staff magazine relaunched
