Right from the start, a project manager is nominated for each project. He/she acts as the central contact and coordinates the project team. Depending on the focal point, the team is interdisciplinary, with staff from various units.

Alongside the project manager, a managing director also follows the projects progress, offering help and advice in all the various project phases. Regular project meetings and our up-to-date project database ensure that the same information is available to everyone. This ensures that responsibility for the project can easily be transferred to another member of staff if necessary.
