The task: transporting electricity for millions of people and strengthening the grid for the energy transition. The challenge: immense. The transmission system operator Amprion is therefore looking for young talent, or to be more precise: the "Netzbereiter" of tomorrow.

In our campaign, the neologism "Netzbereiter" serves as a recognizable hook.

It combines the systemic relevance of the task with the hands-on undertone of "trailblazer".

The focal point of the campaign is the careers page, flanked by posters, advertisements, brochures, films and much more.

Regardless of the channel, employees act as testimonials to ensure proximity and authenticity.

In this way, the campaign positions the company as an attractive and innovative employer. It creates awareness and at the same time explains the central importance that Amprion has for the future of electricity supply.
